Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of cubiclab.net and purchases or quote requests made with Cubic Lab in Lebanon. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product details, price, delivery information, and these Terms. Mandatory rights under Lebanese law always prevail over any inconsistent provision below.
1. About Cubic Lab
Cubic Lab designs and produces 3D-printed goods in Lebanon. You can contact us at [email protected], through the contact page, or by WhatsApp at +961 81 696 225.
2. Products and 3D-printing characteristics
Most products are printed after an order is confirmed. Layer lines and small variations in texture, shade, or surface finish are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing and are not defects when they do not affect the agreed function or materially differ from the product description. Product images are representative; screen settings can affect color display.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you to verify specifications, availability, delivery details, or suspected errors. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and will not charge or retain payment for unfulfilled goods. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
4. Prices, currencies, and payment
The authoritative order total is shown at checkout and in the confirmation. Prices may be displayed in USD and, where enabled, an LBP equivalent using the stated exchange rate. We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Cash on Pickup where offered. Any taxes, delivery fees, and other charges payable to Cubic Lab will be shown before confirmation.
5. Production, delivery, and pickup
Estimated production and delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Delivery is available only in the zones shown at checkout. Pickup is by appointment at the location communicated in the order confirmation. We will contact you if a material delay occurs. Please inspect the package at delivery and promptly report transit damage.
6. Changes and cancellations before production
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are free before production begins if they do not increase the price. Once a made-to-order or customized item has entered production, cancellation or specification changes may be unavailable because material and production time have already been committed. We will explain any applicable cost before agreeing to a change.
7. Returns and the 10-day withdrawal right
For eligible non-custom distance purchases, you may notify us within 10 days after delivery that you wish to return an unused item in its original condition. Under Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005, the withdrawal right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or personalized for you, or to goods damaged through misuse. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions. Return delivery cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective, non-conforming, or we agree otherwise.
8. Damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods
The custom-goods exception does not remove your legal rights when a product is damaged, unsafe, defective, or materially different from what was agreed. Contact us promptly with the order number, a description, and clear photos. Depending on the circumstances and your mandatory rights, we will arrange an appropriate repair, reprint, replacement, or refund. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Custom projects and uploaded files
By uploading a design, image, model, or other file, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for production and that it is lawful. Do not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, or requests for prohibited or dangerous items. We may decline a project. You remain responsible for checking dimensions, intended use, and specifications you approve.
10. Intellectual property
Cubic Lab retains rights in its original product designs, photographs, branding, and site content. You may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission. Your original uploaded files remain yours; you grant Cubic Lab a limited license to review, quote, manufacture, deliver, support, and, where requested, reprint your project.
11. Safe and intended use
Use products only for their described purpose and follow any supplied instructions. Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, printed parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, child-safety, structural, automotive-safety, electrical-safety, or other safety-critical use. Do not expose materials to temperatures, loads, chemicals, or environments beyond their stated suitability.
12. Liability
Cubic Lab is responsible for direct loss caused by a proven breach to the extent required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, misuse, unauthorized modification, inaccurate customer specifications, or events outside our reasonable control. This section does not limit liability that Lebanese law does not permit us to limit.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Lebanese law, including applicable provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005 (as amended) and Electronic Transactions and Personal Data Law No. 81/2018. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not prevent either party from using a competent Lebanese court or any statutory consumer complaint or mediation procedure.
14. Changes and contact
Terms in effect when we accept an order govern that order. We may revise these Terms for future use of the site.
